Happy Apple Quilts is delighted to offer original designs through the team efforts of twin sisters, Karen Grof and Sharen Weber. The name "Happy Apple" comes from happy childhood memories of their parents' apple orchard in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Karen now lives in Safety Harbor, Florida with her husband Jim and son Randy. Sharen and her husband Dan live in Milan, Michigan with their three boys Ethan, Evan and Brian. Both women have focused their lives on family, faith and home. Happy Apple Quilts embodies those values and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our products with you.

Karen has been quilting for almost 30 years, starting with a baby quilt for her daughter Katie in 1977. With an art background and training in drawing and painting, she soon began creating her own quilt designs.

Until the birth of her twin sons in 1990, Sharen was an accountant. She re-entered the business world in 2002 and now manages Weberspace Marketing, LLC with her husband. Sharen brings her business experience to the venture to provide excellent customer service and to handle the distribution of the patterns.
