Richmond Reds quilt fabric collection is designed by Barbara Brackman for Moda. Richmond Reds is a Civil War reproduction fabric collection with each print named for a town, either North or South. Barbara has chosen a mid-19th floral as the focus fabric and named it Springfield after Lincoln's home town. Richmond Reds includes other florals from the mid to late 19th century, a patriotic print with an outlined star, and a basketweave print. The color palette includes madder red, a bronze shade of green, rich browns of mahogany red and chocolate brown, a sepia colorway which Barbara names Aged, and shirting cream.

Barbara Brackman is a quilt historian, author and a 2001 Quilter's Hall of Fame inductee.
